辩证看待跨文化理论--跨文化理论的课程思政教学设计

摘要 当今社会,高校外语教学越来越注重跨文化能力的培养,跨文化理论作为跨文化交际的辅助手段,成为教学内容中的重要知识点。然而,目前学生学到的跨文化理论多存在时效性不足、视野局限、结构僵化等问题,而现有的教学模式并未妥善处理这些问题,亦鲜有相关研究进行讨论,这可能不利于学生形成对外来文化、外来理论的批判性态度。有鉴于此,本文首先归纳常用的跨文化理论存在的普遍问题,讨论这一知识点加入课程思政的必要性,在此基础上以影响力较大的霍夫斯塔德文化维度理论为例,提出关于“跨文化理论”这一知识点的教学设计,希望有助于改善理论教学的现有不足,更全面地培养学生的跨文化能力。 In contemporary university education,there is a pressing demand for enhanced intercultural competence(ICC).Intercultural theories serve as indispensable tools for facilitating intercultural communication and are frequently incorporated into relevant courses.However,the intercultural theories currently taught to students often exhibit shortcomings such as being outdated,narrowly focused,and possessing rigid structures.These limitations persist despite efforts made through current teaching methods and research endeavors.Consequently,students may fail to develop a critical perspective towards foreign cultures and theories.This article aims to identify the pervasive issues within prevalent intercultural theories,underscore the importance of integrating moral education into these classes,and propose enhanced teaching methodologies for intercultural communication theories,using Geert Hofsted's cultural dimensions as an example.Through these measures,the goal is to effectively address the aforementioned challenges and foster comprehensive intercultural competence among students.
