摘要
针对托架连接条零件生产效率低及产品合格率低的问题,对其结构进行了分析,设计了1套级进模具。针对产品上有向上和向下2个不同的<折弯+卷圆>结构特征,设计了2组不同的<折弯+卷圆>工序模具。为了克服回弹现象,使折弯角度为90°,设置了预折弯和折弯2道工序。为了保证卷圆的形状,设置了预卷圆(1)、预卷圆(2)和卷圆3道工序。为了保证工序件折弯后能够顺利脱模,将凸模设计为滑块结构,可以通过滑块侧向移动实现脱模。最终,使用该级进模具生产的产品质量稳定,并实现批量生产。
For the problems of low production efficiency and product qualification rate for bracket connecting strip parts,its structure was analyzed,and a set of progressive die was designed.Then,two sets of process dies were designed,aiming at two different structural features,such as upward and downward.In order to overcome the spingback phenomenon and the bending angle of 90°,two processes of pre-bending and bending were set up.In order to ensure the shape of coil,three processes,namely,pre-coiling(1),pre-coiling(2) and coiling,were set up.In order to ensure that the process parts were smoothly demolded after bending,the die was designed as a slider structure,and the demolding was achieved by the lateral movement of slider.Ultimately,the products produced using this progressive die have stable quality and realize the mass production.
