Clinical Application Challenges of Intelligent Medical Technology and Its Countermeasures

智能医疗技术作为一种新质生产力,在提升医疗服务效率和质量的同时,也引发了学术界对人主体性的深刻思考。笔者基于马克思关于人的本质学说审视智能医疗技术的应用现状,并以构建人性化、个性化、普惠性与辅助性的智能医疗体系为进路,破解技术应用中所面临的社会关系的疏离、主观能动性的压抑、健康需求的非充分满足及职业发展目标的挑战等困境,从而推动智能医疗技术的可持续发展,确保其真正服务于人的健康需求,彰显技术的终极人文关怀。

As a new productive forces,intelligent medical technology prompts profound contemplation on human subjectivity while enhancing the efficiency and quality of healthcare delivery.Based on Marx’s theory of human essentiality,the author conducts an examination of the application status of intelligent medical technology and advocates for the development of a humanized,personalized,inclusive,and auxiliary intelligent medical system as the way to address the application challenges such as estrangement from social interactions,dampening of individual initiative,inadequate fulfillment of patient needs,and impediments to achieving developmental objectives.By doing so,it seeks to promote the sustainable advancement of intelligent medical technology,ensuring that it genuinely serves the health needs of individuals and underscores the ultimate humanistic values of the technology.
