智慧医疗风险防控的法治进路研究

Study on the Legal Approach of Risk Prevention and Control of Smart Medical Treatment

随着5G技术的快速发展,各行各业纷纷加快数字化转型的步伐,在改变生活的同时也重塑着医疗健康产业的未来。目前,智慧医疗在运行过程中面临着多维度的风险与挑战,我们有必要从法治化进程的角度加以应对。因此,笔者提出构建智慧医疗技术安全体系、完善智慧医疗法律保障机制及实现智慧医疗的普惠共享等解决措施,以期为智慧医疗行业的发展提供借鉴和参考。

With the rapid development of 5G technology,thousands of industries have accelerated the pace of digital transformation,while integrating into life,but also reshaping the future of the medical and health industry.At present,smart medicine is facing multi-dimensional risks and challenges in the operation process,and we need to deal with them from the perspective of the rule of law process.Therefor,the author proposes to construct a smart medical technology security system,improve the smart medical legal protection mechanism and realize the inclusive sharing of smart medical solutions,so as to provide reference for the development of smart medical industry.
