新型配电系统层级式数字化架构体系发展范式

摘要 针对未来配电系统网架结构形态特征的演化及数字化体系的重构进行了分析。由于现有配电自动化技术无法满足构建透明、高效的新型配电系统的需求,需要对数字化控制架构、物联体系架构和数字化通信体系架构进行适应性改变。控制架构在构建上需要考虑分层分级的配电网拓扑架构,并基于实际拓扑架构进行层级式的管理。物联体系架构则需要在前序更新的控制架构的支撑设备基础上进行物与网的融合连接。讨论了如何在保持传统配电系统基本功能的前提下整合分布式能源,以及如何通过数字化转型提升能源管理能力。提出了基于云管边端协同的新型物联网架构,旨在统一管理设备、数据和业务。在考虑支撑控制架构的电气设备和支撑物联体系架构的通信设备基础上,提出了一种基于设备的新型层级式通信体系架构以快速、灵活、高效地满足新增业务需求。 The evolution of the morphological characteristics of the grid structure and the reconstruction of the digital system for future distribution system are analyzed.Since current distribution automation technology cannot meet the requirements for building a transparent and efficient new type of distribution system,adaptive changes are needed for digital control architecture,Internet of Things(IoT) architecture,and digital communication architecture.The control architecture needs to consider a hierarchical and tiered distribution network topology and perform hierarchical management based on the actual topology.The IoT architecture requires the integration of objects and networks on the basis of the supporting equipments from the updated control architecture.The subsequent discussion covers how to integrate distributed energy resources while maintaining the basic functions of traditional distribution systems,and how to enhance energy management capabilities through digital transformation.A new IoT architecture based on cloud-edge collaboration is proposed to unify the management of devices,data,and services.Considering the electrical equipment supporting the control architecture and the communication equipment supporting the IoT architecture,a new hierarchical device-based communication architecture is proposed to support the rapid,flexible,and efficient fulfillment of new business needs.
