摘要
为了提高配电网的供电可靠性及经济性,提出了一种基于有向图的馈线终端单元(FTU)优化配置方法。该方法以配电网的有向图拓扑构建为基础,考虑负荷重要度和分布式电源(DG)接入的影响,结合区段故障率计算系统年度负荷停电的经济损失期望以评估可靠性,同时计算FTU的投资成本以评估经济性。最终以最小化系统故障停电经济损失期望与FTU投资成本折现值之和为目标,构建了基于混合整数二次规划的FTU优化配置模型,并采用Gurobi求解器求解。基于所提方法利用MATLAB编程对IEEE 33节点修正系统进行算例仿真,给出了最优的FTU配置方案,验证了所提方法的可行性和有效性。
To enhance the reliability and economy of distribution network,an optimal placement method for feeder terminal units(FTUs) based on directed graph is proposed.The proposed method constructs the topological structure of the distribution network using a directed graph.On this basis,taking into account the importance of loads and the impact of distributed generation(DG) integration,by incorporating section fault rates,the expected economic loss associated with annual load outages is calculated to evaluate system reliability,and the FTU investment costs are calculated to evaluate economy.With the objective of minimizing the total discounted value of the expected economic loss from system outages and the FTU investment costs,the optimal placement model of FTUs is established by mixed integer quadratic programming and solved by the Gurobi solver.The proposed method is implemented in MATLAB and applied to a modified IEEE 33-bus system to simulate and determine the optimal placement of FTUs.The results demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
