计及储氢安全性的加氢站-配电网协同规划

摘要 针对现有加氢站规划中并未充分考虑储氢安全性问题,提出一种考虑储氢安全性的加氢站-配电网协同规划方法。引入TNT当量来评估加氢站的运行风险,进而建立量化的安全性指标。在此基础上,提出加氢站气-固两相储氢模式,并根据储氢合金动力学特性构建两相储氢模型。根据氢动力汽车的行驶逻辑规则建立加氢站定位模型。以年化投资成本与年运维成本之和为目标,建立计及储氢安全性的加氢站-配电网协同规划模型,并通过改进的33节点配电网和12节点交通网进行验证。仿真结果表明所提模型能够对加氢站和配电网做出合理规划,并有效提高加氢站的运行安全性。 To address the problem that the security of hydrogen storage is not fully considered in the planning of existing hydrogen refueling stations,a collaborative planning method of hydrogen refueling station and distribution network considering hydrogen storage security is proposed.The TNT equivalent is introduced to evaluate the operational risk of hydrogen refueling stations,and then quantitative safety indicators are established.On this basis,a gas-solid two-phase hydrogen storage model for hydrogen refueling stations is proposed,and a two-phase hydrogen storage model is constructed based on the kinetic properties of hydrogen storage alloys.A hydrogen refueling station positioning model is established based on the driving logic rules of hydrogen-powered vehicle(HPV).Taking the sum of annualized investment costs and annual operation and maintenance costs as the goal,the collaborative planning model of hydrogen refueling station and distribution network is established,and it is verified by an improved 33-bus distribution network and 12-node transportation network.The simulative results show that the proposed model is able to properly plan the hydrogen refueling station and distribution network,and effectively improve the operational safety of the hydrogen refueling station.
