摘要
高比例分布式光伏接入配电网后,出现电压随光伏出力变化大幅波动的现象,严重时发生电压越限。充分发挥变流器资源的无功调节能力,可以应对含高比例分布式光伏配电网的电压越限问题。基于此,提出考虑变流器无功调节的含高比例分布式光伏配电网多时间尺度电压控制方法,对高比例分布式光伏接入后配电网的电压运行特性进行分析;研究变流器无功调节对配电网电压的作用机理;提出多时间尺度电压控制框架,包括日前集中优化控制、日内分区优化控制以及实时自响应控制3个阶段,在此基础上建立各阶段电压控制模型;仿真结果验证了所提控制方法能够有效提升含高比例分布式光伏配电网运行的安全性和经济性。
After the integration of high-penetration distributed photovoltaic into the distribution network(DN),the voltage fluctuates greatly with the change of photovoltaic(PV) output,and the voltage exceeds the limit in serious cases.Giving full play of the reactive power regulation potential of converters can deal with the voltage over-limit problems in the DN with high-penetration distributed PV.Based on this,a multi-time scale voltage control method considering converter reactive power regulation ability for DN with high-penetration distributed PV is proposed.The voltage operation characteristics of DN with high-penetration distrbuted PV are analyzed.The mechanism by which converter reactive power regulation affects DN voltage is also studied.A multi-time scale voltage control framework is presented,including day-ahead centralized optimization control,intra-day partitioned optimization control,and real-time self-response control,with voltage control models established for each stage.The simulative results verify that the proposed control method effectively improves the safety and economic operation of DN with high-penetration distributed PV.
