摘要
极端事件的频繁发生将影响配电网的安全稳定运行。对此,提出了考虑维修和开关操作人员协同调度的配电网韧性提升方法。灾害前针对极端事件可能引发的故障场景集,预部署维修和开关操作人员,并通过网络重构形成预防性孤岛,提高配电网对极端事件的抵御能力;灾害后考虑到不同故障场景的差异化特征,针对故障隔离、故障修复和负荷恢复的耦合过程,协同优化调度维修人员和开关操作人员,并配合网络重构形成恢复性孤岛,进一步减少配电网的负荷损失,提高了配电网的韧性水平。建立了基于场景的随机规划模型,通过IEEE 33节点配电系统算例验证了所提方法的有效性。
Frequent occurrence of extreme events affects the safe and stable operation of the distribution network.In this regard,a distribution network resilience enhancement approach that considers the cooperative scheduling of maintenance crews and switch operators is proposed.Before the disaster,maintenance crews and switch operators are pre-deployed for a fault scenario set that may be triggered by extreme events,and preventive power supply islands are formed through network reconfiguration to improve the resilience of distribution network to extreme events.After the disaster,considering the differential characteristics of different fault scenarios,for the coupled process of fault isolation,fault repair and load restoration,the collaborative scheduling of maintenance crews and switch operators is optimized,and the restorative power supply islands in coordination with network reconfiguration are formed,further the load loss of the distribution network is reduced,and the resilience level of the distribution network is improved.A scenariobased stochastic scheduling model is established,and the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by IEEE 33-bus distribution system.
