摘要
本文通过对电子阳极加镁棒与单镁棒这两种不同的电热水器内胆防腐蚀技术方案下镁棒消耗速度对比试验验证,成功模拟出电热水器内胆的电化学腐蚀过程以及不同防腐蚀方案下镁棒消耗速度的差异,充分体现出内胆防腐蚀技术方案选择的重要性。另外,不同防腐蚀方案下镁棒消耗速度的结果对比也确立了电子阳极的防腐效果明显优于普通镁棒,考虑到电子阳极需要持续供电以及镁棒容易消耗的特点,电子阳极和普通镁棒的组合应用方式为最佳防腐蚀技术方案。
In the present paper,under two different anti-corrosion technology schemes,the consumption rate between electronic anode adding magnesium rod and magnesium rod alone in electric water heater is tested and verified.The electrochemical corrosion process of the tank and the difference of the consumption rate of magnesium rod under dif-ferent anti-corrosion schemes are simulated successfully,which fully reflects the importance of the selection of the anti-corrosion technical scheme for the inner tank.In addition,the corrosion protection effect of the electronic anode is obviously better than that of the ordinary magnesiumrod.Considering that the electronic anode needs continuous power supply and the magnesiumrod is easy tobe consumed,the combination of electronic anode and common magnesiumrod is the best anti-corrosion technology scheme.
