高流动抗冲共聚聚丙烯的工业化生产及应用

摘要 在Innovene气相法聚丙烯装置上,采用氢调法生产高流动抗冲共聚聚丙烯K7760H,并将其应用于冷饮制品杯。结果表明:K7760H的熔体流动速率稳定在60~70 g/10 min,弯曲模量为1341~1403 MPa,拉伸屈服应力为26.3~27.3 MPa;通过了美国食品及药物管理局及中国食品安全国家标准检测,满足食品卫生要求;采用K7760H制备的冷饮制品杯的使用性能良好,完全满足下游加工企业的需求。 High flow impact copolymerized polypropylene K7760H was produced via hydrogen regulation in Innovene gas phase polypropylene unit and applied to cold beverage cups.The results show that the melt flow rate of K7760H is stable within 60-70 g/10 min,whose bending modulus is within 1341-1403 MPa,and whose tensile yield stress is within 26.3-27.3 MPa.K7760H has passed the testing of the US Food and Drug Administration and the National Food Safety Standard of China,meeting the requirements of food hygiene.The cold drink cup made by K7760H performs excellently,fully meeting the needs of downstream processing enterprises.
