超高相对分子质量聚丙烯均(共)聚物的合成研究进展

摘要 超高相对分子质量聚丙烯(UHMWPP)与普通等规聚丙烯的物理、化学、力学等性能明显不同,目前,主要通过传统的Ziegler-Natta催化剂及茂金属催化剂合成。主要综述了这两类催化剂在制备UHMWPP方面的特点与潜力,并分析了反应条件、内给电子体及催化剂结构对产物性能的影响。最后,介绍了通过丙烯与极性单体共聚来合成官能团化UHMWPP的研究进展。二甲基吡啶胺基铪催化剂可以在温和条件下催化丙烯与取代α-烯烃的共聚,得到重均分子量大于1.0×10^(6)的高性能UHMWPP。 The physical,chemical,and mechanical properties of ultra-high molecular weight polypropylene(UHMWPP)are significantly different with those of ordinary isotactic polypropylene resins.At present the resin is synthesized mainly with traditional Ziegler-Natta catalysts and metallocene catalysts.The characteristics and potential of these two catalytic systems in preparation of UHMWPP are reviewed.The effects of reaction conditions,internal donors,and catalyst structure on properties of products are also analyzed.The research progress in synthesizing functionalized UHMWPP via copolymerization of propylene and polar monomers is discussed.Dimethylpyridine amine hafnium catalyst can be used to catalyze the copolymerization of propylene and substitutedα-olefins under mild conditions to obtain high performance UHMWPP whose weight-average molecular weight is larger than 1.0×10^(6).
