摘要
综述了聚氨酯泡沫材料的制备研究进展及其在市政建筑领域中的应用。选用过量的甲酸溶液与N,N-二甲基环己胺,并使用极性溶剂配制的封闭凝胶类催化剂制备聚氨酯泡沫材料可以使泡孔更加稳定细腻。将聚氨酯泡沫材料在环氧树脂三防漆及助剂混合溶液中浸泡后除去多余的溶剂,经压缩、洗涤、干燥,得到多孔垫层,固定于路面与超疏水涂层之间,可以改善超疏水涂层的路用性能。采用溶液反应法将聚乙烯亚胺修饰到聚氨酯泡沫表面,然后加入戊二醛作为交联剂,制备聚乙烯亚胺功能化的聚氨酯泡沫吸附材料,可用于市政和工业污水处理。
The research progress in preparation of polyurethane foam and its application in municipal buildings are reviewed.The polyurethane foam material can be made more stable and delicate with blocked gel catalyst prepared by selecting excessive formic acid solution,N,N-dimethylcyclohexylamine and polar solvent.The polyurethane foam material is soaked in the mixed solution of epoxy resin three proofing paint and additives to remove the excess solvent,and then compressed,washed and dried to obtain a porous cushion,which is fixed between the road surface and the super hydrophobic coating to improve the road performance of the super hydrophobic coating.Polyethyleneimine is modified on the surface of foam via solution reaction method,then glutaraldehyde is added as cross-linking agent to prepare polyethyleneimine functionalized polyurethane foam adsorbent,which can be used for municipal and industrial wastewater treatment.
