Verification of determination of petroleum in water quality by ultraviolet spectrophotometry

在本实验室已有检测人员、设备设施和场所条件下,开展紫外分光光度法验证实验。结果表明,实验检出限与测定下限、标准曲线、精密度、正确度等指标均达到方法性能参数要求,证明该方法在本实验室可实施。

Under the existing conditions of personnel,equipment,and facilities in our laboratory,experimental verification of the Ultraviolet Spectrophotometry method was conducted.The results indicate that the detection limit,determination lower limit,standard curve,precision,and accuracy all meet the performance parameters required by the method,proving that this method is implementable in our laboratory.
