With the rapid development of big data technology,the field of archives management is facing unprecedented challenges.The surge in data volume,the diversification of data types and data security issues have become the main factors restricting the efficiency and quality of archives management.In response to these problems,this paper proposes corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from both technical and management levels.By adopting advanced information technologies,such as cloud storage and artificial intelligence,archives management processes can be optimized,professional training of archives management personnel can be strengthened,and relevant laws and regulations standards can be improved,which can effectively improve the overall efficiency and security of archives management.
