内蒙古地区档案资料的信息化整理与共有机制构成了推进档案管理现代化的关键路径。近年来,内蒙古地区致力于档案资源管理的标准化、数字化和信息化进程,全面提高了档案的搜集、整理、储存及应用效率,通过完善档案管理的规章制度,搭建具有良好扩展性的档案信息平台,推行多元化的资料查找方法,以及打造数字化资料储备库,达成了对档案资料的优化整合与便捷共享。加强档案安全保护机制,保障档案信息的完整性及可信度,依托大数据、云计算、人工智能等前沿技术,内蒙古地区逐渐打造了一套全链条数字化的档案管控体系,提高了档案资源的利用效率,促进了档案工作的优质发展。文中探索了内蒙古地区档案资料的信息化重组及共有模式,这对优化档案管理效率,促进地区经济发展具有显著意义。

The informationization and sharing mechanism of archival materials in Inner Mongolia constitute a key path to promote the modernization of archival management.In recent years,Inner Mongolia has been committed to the standardization,digitization,and informatization of archive resource management,comprehensively improving the efficiency of archive collection,organization,storage,and application.By improving the rules and regulations of archive management,building a scalable archive information platform,promoting diversified data search methods,and creating a digital data reserve library,the optimization,integration,and convenient sharing of archive materials have been achieved.Strengthening the mechanism for archive security protection,ensuring the integrity and credibility of archive information,and relying on cutting-edge technologies such as big data,cloud computing,and artificial intelligence,Inner Mongolia has gradually built a fully digitized archive management and control system,improving the efficiency of archive resource utilization and promoting the high-quality development of archive work.This paper explores the information technology reorganization and sharing mode of archival materials in Inner Mongolia,which has significant significance for optimizing archival management efficiency and promoting regional economic development.
