随着数字化转型的加速推进和顶层设计的不断优化,政务信息化在提升服务效率、促进数据共享、加强跨部门协作等方面取得了进展,由于模式的创新和新技术的发展,还需继续优化和提升政务信息化项目管理的数据赋能、业务协同等。文中通过对政务信息化项目管理现状和需求的分析,设计了一种以数据驱动的全生命周期的政务信息化项目管理系统,以推动项目的精细化管理,为信息化项目的建设与服务提供更加坚实的数据支撑与保障。

With the acceleration of digital transformation and continuous optimization of top-level design,government informationization has made progress in improving service efficiency,promoting data sharing,and strengthening cross departmental collaboration.Due to the innovation of models and the development of new technologies,it is necessary to continue optimizing and enhancing the data empowerment and business collaboration of government informationization project management.Through the analysis of the current situation and requirements of government informationization project management in the paper,a data-driven full lifecycle government informationization project management system is designed to promote refined project management and provide more solid data support and guarantee for the construction and service of informationization projects.
