摘要
随着数字化转型的推进,网络安全风险显著提升,网络攻击频发,对个人、企业及政府机构构成了重大威胁。在此背景下,人工智能技术的崛起,特别是机器学习与深度学习算法,为网络攻击的检测与防御提供了新的途径。文中剖析了各类网络攻击的特点,介绍了基于机器学习和深度学习的检测技术,并利用人工智能技术构建的自适应防御系统进行系统防护,希望可以为网络安全领域提供新的视角,推动人工智能技术与网络安全实践的深度融合,构建更加安全的网络环境。
With the advancement of digital transformation,cyber security risks have increased significantly,and cyber attacks are frequent,posing a major threat to individuals,enterprises and government entities.In this context,the rise of artificial intelligence technology,especially machine learning and deep learning algorithms,provides new ways to detect and defend against cyber attacks.This paper analyzes the characteristics of various types of network attacks,introduces the detection technology based on machine learning and deep learning,and uses the adaptive defense system constructed by artificial intelligence technology for system protection,hoping to provide a new perspective for the field of cyber security,promote the deep integration of artificial intelligence technology and cyber security practice,and build a more secure network environment.
