进入新发展阶段,意识形态领域的斗争和博弈更加复杂突出,对意识形态建设的现代性、创新性、实践性、功能性要求更高,这就决定了意识形态建设应以现代化为基调,以发展为导向,从理念导向和制度设计的双重维度,建设具有鲜明特征的“现代化意识形态”。建构“现代化意识形态”的实现路径为:型塑人民精神世界的现代化、创设优良的新发展格局、深入贯彻新发展理念、强化意识形态的法治化建设、提升社会主义意识形态凝聚力和引领力,为全面建成社会主义现代化强国赋予强大的意识形态动能。

As China enters a new stage of development,challenges within the ideological domain such as increased contention,competition,complexity,and emerging issues have become more pronounced.This necessitates higher demands for modernity,innovation,practicality,and functionality in ideological construction.Consequently,the development of ideology must align with modernization and be guided by growth,focusing on both conceptual orientation and institutional design to create a distinct“modern ideology”.The pathway to achieving this“modern ideology”involves several key strategies:shaping the modernization of the people’s spiritual world,creating a robust new development framework,deeply implementing the new development concepts,strengthening the legal foundations of ideological work,and enhancing the cohesion and leadership of socialist ideology.These efforts aim to provide strong ideological momentum for the comprehensive realization of a modern socialist state.
