加强思想政治领导是坚持和加强党对高校全面领导的关键环节。党对高校的思想政治领导关系社会主义办学方向、关系高校立德树人根本任务的落实、关系中国特色世界一流大学建设目标的实现。新时代以来,党对高校的思想政治领导已取得了显著成效,同时,也面临敌对势力意识形态渗透、社会思潮流变等诸多困难与风险。当前,亟须构建主体责任、能力提升和阵地建设“三位一体”的践行路径,着力落实高校思想政治领导工作责任制,不断健全用习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想武装全党、教育师生的工作体系,加快构建以马克思主义为指导的中国特色哲学社会科学体系,切实增强高校的思政引领力。

Strengthening ideological and political leadership is the key link to adhere to and strengthen the overall leadership of the CPC over colleges and universities.The ideological and political leadership of the CPC over colleges and universities is related to the socialist school running direction,the implementation of the fundamental task of establishing morality and cultivating people in colleges and universities,and the realization of the goal of building world-class universities with Chinese characteristics.Although the CPC has made remarkable achievements in the ideological and political leadership of colleges and universities since the new era,the overlapping and closely intertwined risks and challenges such as the westernization and ideological penetration of hostile forces,the dissolution of Marxism s guiding position in colleges and universities by the complex social trends in modern society,and some shortcomings and weaknesses of the ideological and political leadership of colleges and universities themselves still exist.Starting from the internal mechanism of the"trinity"of the main responsibility,ability enhancement,and battlefield construction of ideological and political leadership,we continuously enhance and improve the guiding force of ideological and political education through the implementation of the responsibility system for ideological and political leadership work in universities,arming the entire party with the Xi Jinping s Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for the New Era,continuously improving the education system for teachers and students,and accelerating the construction of Chinese philosophy and social sciences guided by Marxism.
