摘要
“海油观澜号”是世界首例为周边油田群供电的深远海半潜式浮式风电平台,该平台设计面临南海恶劣海况条件、发电平均度电成本过高、海上风电与油气田融合开发输电稳定性等一系列新技术、新领域的挑战。针对这些问题与挑战,提出“海油观澜号”总体设计思路,相关关键技术包括:三角形四立柱抗台型浮式基础船型开发、浮式风电系统高效准耦合分析设计方法、结构疲劳高效分析方法、简易系泊系统设计、浮式风电接入海上油田孤岛微电网调控等。基于上述技术,研发了世界首例适用于恶劣海况的新型小水线面三角形四立柱半潜式浮式风电平台,实现了浮式风电与海上油田的融合开发。该平台的建造完成并投入使用,标志着中国深远海浮式风电开发迈出关键一步,为同类深远海浮式风电平台的开发及与其他产业的融合发展提供了借鉴。
The“CNOOC Guanlan”is the world's first semi-submersible floating wind turbine platform in the deep&far sea to supply power to surrounding oilfields.The platform design faces a series of challenges in terms of new technologies and fields,such as harsh sea conditions in the South China Sea,high average cost of electricity generation per kilowatt hour,and stability of integrated development and transmission of offshore wind power and oil and gas fields.To address these issues and challenges,the general design of the“CNOOC Guanlan”was proposed.Key technologies included the development of a triangular four-column typhoon-resistant floating foundation,analysis and design methods of efficient quasi-coupling of floating wind power system,efficient structural fatigue analysis method,simple mooring system design,and control of floating wind power connected to offshore oilfield island microgrid.Based on the above technologies,the world's first new small-waterline triangular four-column semi-submersible floating wind turbine platform suitable for harsh sea conditions was developed to realize the integrated development of floating wind power and offshore oilfields.The completion and operation of this platform marks a key step forward in the development of floating wind turbines in deep&far seas in China,providing a reference for the development of similar floating wind turbine platforms in deep&far seas and their integration with other industries.
