高职学生积极心理品质培养与实践研究——以沙洲职业工学院为例

摘要 高职学生的心理特点通常与他们的教育背景和生活经历密切相关,高职学生心理品质的培养是职业教育一个重要内容,也是高校德育在心理层面的具体体现。在培养中应遵循以生为本、优势性、发展性、整体性原则。以促进学生积极心理品质的自我建构、提高学生认知水平、引导学生积极情绪体验、挖掘学生积极潜力为目标,高职院校通过优化课程设置、丰富实践活动、增强心理辅导、营造校园氛围、强化家校协同等途径来培养学生积极心理品质。 Vocational college students have specific psychological characteristics due to their educational background and life experiences.The cultivation of positive psychological qualities among vocational students is an important task of vocational education,and it reflects the psychological dimension of moral education in colleges.When cultivating students,it is essential to follow principles such as student-centered education,emphasizing strengths,development and holism.The goal is to promote students'self-construction of positive psychological qualities,enhance their cognitive abilities,create positive emotional experiences,and find their potential.Vocational colleges can cultivate students'positive psychological qualities through different approaches,including optimizing curriculum design,enriching practical activities,enhancing psychological counseling,fostering a supportive campus environment,and strengthening home-school collaboration.
