摘要
高职院校必须高度重视思想政治课教师的培养工作,积极探索有效的工作举措和实践项目,提高思政课教师的综合素养。学校教师发展部门可以与教务部门协作,组织多种形式的讲课比赛和教学观摩活动,不断提高思政课教师的教学能力和工作水平;与科研部门协调,举办云上教学论坛或线上线下共享的教学研讨会,提高思政课教师在教学研究方面的工作意识和综合能力;与党团组织协调,拓展思政课教师的社会实践活动,增强思政课教师服务社会的自觉性和社会工作能力。
The vocational college should pay great attention to cultivating the ideological and political teachers by exploring a few practical measures and useful items to improve the teaching quality of the ideological and political courses.The Teacher Development Center needs to coordinate with the Teaching Administration Department for the design of teaching contests as well as teaching demonstrations to cultivate their teaching abilities.Based on cooperation with the Scientific Research Department,various online and offline educational seminars are offered to improve their comprehensive teaching research capabilities.In order to increase their awareness and abilities to serve the society,it is required to coordinate with the Party&Youth League organizations to extend social practice programs for moral cultivation.
