植物乳植杆菌CCFM8661和动物双歧杆菌乳亚种XLTG11复合益生菌对免疫系统的增强作用

摘要 文章为探究复合益生菌动物双歧杆菌乳亚种(Bifidobacterium animalis subsp.lactis)XLTG11和植物乳植杆菌(Lactiplantibacillus plantarum)CCFM8661对环磷酰胺(CTX)诱导的免疫低下模型免疫功能的影响,随机将雄性BALB/c小鼠分为对照组、模型组以及低、中、高剂量试验组,通过灌胃5×10^(7)、5×10^(8)、5×10^(9)CFU/m L复合益生菌,持续进行30 d试验。试验期间,分别对小鼠细胞免疫、体液免疫以及非特异性免疫功能进行检测。结果表明,与模型组相比,接受复合益生菌治疗的小鼠在胸腺、脾脏指数、耳肿胀程度、脾淋巴细胞增殖能力、血清血溶素水平、NK细胞活性以及巨噬细胞吞噬指数等方面显著提高,表现出明显的剂量依赖性,中、高剂量效果最为显著。与模型组相比,中剂量组使胸腺指数增加39.08%(P<0.001)、脾脏指数增加22.08%(P<0.05)、NK细胞活性增加26.47%(P<0.001);高剂量组使耳肿胀程度增加达到84.54%(P<0.01)、脾淋巴细胞增殖能力提高55.53%(P<0.01)、血清血溶素水平增加12.17%(P<0.01);碳廓清吞噬指数低、中剂量组分别增加58.51%、58.59%(P<0.001);而低剂量组使腹腔巨噬细胞能力提高57.75%(P<0.01)。综上,由动物双歧杆菌乳亚种XLTG11和植物乳植杆菌CCFM8661组成的复合益生菌可显著改善小鼠免疫功能,为开发增强免疫功能的保健食品提供参考依据。 Investigating the impact of a dual-probiotic blend comprising Bifidobacterium animalis subsp.lactis XLTG11 and Lactiplantibacillus plantarum CCFM8661 on the immunomodulatory capacity in CTX-induced immunodeficient mice,male BALB/c rodents were selectively allocated into a control cohort and a model group,along with separate low,moderate,and high-dose experimental factions(gavaged with 5×10^(7),5×10^(8),5×10^(9)CFU/mL of combined probiotics,respectively)for a continuous experiment of 30 days.Throughout the experimental period,the assessment of cellular immunity,humoral immunity,and nonspecific immunity in mice was conducted.Mice in the combined probiotics group displayed a remarkable upsurge in their thymus and spleen indices,ear edema,splenic lymphocyte proliferative capacity,serum hemolysin levels,NK cell activity,and macrophage phagocytosis index when compared to the model group,showing different dose effects,among which the medium and high dose effects were the most obvious.Compared with the model group,the middle-dose group could increase the thymus index by 39.08%(P<0.001),spleen index by 22.08%(P<0.05),and NK cell activity by 26.47%(P<0.001).The high-dose group could increase the degree of ear swelling by up to 84.54%(P<0.01),the proliferative capacity of splenic lymphocytes by 55.53%(P<0.01),and the level of serum hemolysin by 12.17%(P<0.01).The carbon profle phagocytosis index of the low and middle-dose groups increased respectively by 58.51%,58.59%(P<0.001).While the low dose group could increase the capacity of abdominal macrophages by 57.75%(P<0.01).In summary,the composite probiotic composed of Bifidobacterium animalis subsp.lactis XLTG11 and Lactiplantibaillus plantarum CCFM8661 can significantly improve improve the immune function of mice,thereby offering valuable insight for the formulation of immunostimulatory functional foods.
