薄煤层智能强力采煤装备研究与应用

摘要 根据莒山矿9号煤层工作面实际开采技术条件,提出了工作面采煤机高可靠性、智能化、适应性的选型要求,在分析采煤机滚筒截深、采高、滚筒直径、装机功率主要参数的基础上确定使用MG330/730-WD型智能强力采煤机,给出了设备主要技术参数,分析了短机身、短摇臂、宽机身、高能积比的主要技术特征和智能化控制系统,并用于现场实践。实践表明该设备应用效果良好,故障率低,可以满足薄煤层安全高效开采要求。 According to the actual mining technical conditions of No.9 coal seam working face in Jushan Mine,this paper puts forward the selection requirements of high reliability,intelligence and adaptability of coal winning machine in the working face.Based on the analysis of the main parameters of drum cutting depth,mining height,drum diameter and installed power rating of the coal winning machine,MG330/730-WD intelligent powerful coal winning machine is determined to be used.The main technical parameters of the equipment are given,and the main technical characteristics of short machine body,short rocker arm,wide machine body and high energy product ratio and intelligent control system are analyzed and applied to field practice.The practice shows that the equipment has good application effect and low failure rate,which can meet the requirements of safe and efficient mining of thin coal seam.
