矿井带式输送机自动化监控系统的设计和应用

摘要 针对斜沟矿煤矿井下综采工作面带式输送机控制系统现存的效率低、人员劳动强度大、能耗高等问题,基于该矿带式输送机应用现状及工作原理,设计了带式输送机自动化监控系统。主要介绍了该系统的硬件及软件组成,并在该矿进行了实地应用,应用结果表明,该监控系统可实现输送机远程监控,提高了人员工作效率,降低了输送机能耗约20%,取得了良好的应用效果。 In view of the problems such as low efficiency,high labor intensity and high energy consumption of the belt conveyor control system in the fully mechanized working face in the coal mine downhole of Xiegou Mine,based on the application status and working principle of the belt conveyor in the mine,the automatic monitoring system for the belt conveyor is designed.The hardware and software composition of the system are mainly introduced,and the field application is carried out in the mine.The application results show that the monitoring system can realize remote monitoring of the conveyor,improve the work efficiency of the personnel,reduce the energy consumption of the conveyor by about 20%,and achieve good application results.
