情绪疗法对孤独症谱系障碍患儿的临床效果

摘要 目的 分析情绪疗法对孤独症谱系障碍(ASD)患儿的效果。方法 选择2022年2月-2023年2月本院收治的112例ASD患儿作为研究对象,随机数表法分为对照组和研究组两组,每组各56例。对照组采用常规康复治疗,研究组在此基础上予以情绪疗法,均治疗6个月。对比两组治疗前后儿童孤独症评分、治疗后患儿家庭行为变化,临床疗效,治疗前后社交能力评分。结果 治疗后,研究组感觉、交往、躯体运动、语言、生活自理孤独症评分和总分分别为(5.05±0.87)分、(7.25±1.09)分、(5.80±1.02)分、(11.50±1.96)分、(12.84±2.17)分和(42.44±7.18)分,对照组分别为(5.49±0.92)分、(7.64±1.27)分、(6.35±1.12)分、(12.45±2.11)分、(14.35±2.47)分和(46.28±7.31)分,治疗后两组上述评分均低于本组治疗前(P<0.05),且研究组均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组患儿家庭行为变化评分为(19.45±3.36)分,高于对照组的(14.28±2.12)分(P<0.05);治疗后,两组疗效等级分布差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且研究组的总有效率为89.29%,高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05);治疗后研究组社交能力评分为(20.36±5.12)分,对照组为(22.45±4.78)分,两组均低于本组治疗前(P<0.05),且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 对ASD患儿实施情绪疗法可改善其症状和家庭行为,增强疗效和社交能力。 Objective To analyze the effect of emotional therapy on children with autism spectrum disorder(ASD).Methods 112 children with ASD who were admitted to the Huanghe Sanmenxia Hospital from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected as study subjects and they were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,56 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional rehabilitation therapy,and the study group was treated with emotional therapy on the basis of conventional rehabilitation therapy.All the patients were treated for 6 months.The comparison included autism scores before and after treatment,changes in family behavior after treatment,clinical efficacy,and social ability scores before and after treatment between the two groups.Results After treatment,the scores for feelings,communication,body movement,language,self-care,and total autism scores in the study group were(5.05±0.87),(7.25±1.09),(5.80±1.02),(11.50±1.96),(12.84±2.17),and(42.44±7.18),respectively;which were(5.49±0.92),(7.64±1.27),(6.35±1.12),(12.45±2.11),(14.35±2.47),and(46.28±7.31)in the control group,respectively,and the scores in both groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05);the scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The family behavior change score in the study group was(19.45±3.36)after treatment,which was higher than(14.28±2.12)in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,there was a significant difference in the distribution of clinical efficacy between the two groups(P<0.05),and the total effective rate of the study group was 89.29%,higher than the control group's 75.00%(P<0.05).After treatment,the social skill score in the study group was(20.36±5.12),which was(22.45±4.78)in the control group,and the scores after treatment were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),with the study group's score being lower than the control group's(P<0.05).Conclusions Emotional therapy for children with ASD can improve their symptoms and family behavior,as well as enhance treatment efficacy and social skills.
