摘要
目的 分析负压治疗+表皮生长因子对深度大面积烧伤患者恢复的影响。方法 研究对象选取2021年1月至2023年1月收治的100例深度大面积烧伤患者,分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组给予表皮生长因子+护理干预,观察组给予负压治疗+表皮生长因子+护理干预。比较2组炎性因子、基质金属蛋白酶水平、创面愈合情况、疼痛程度、瘢痕VSS评分。结果 治疗后2组患者细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)、基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)水平下降,且观察组较低,白细胞介素-10(IL-10)水平上升,且观察组较高(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组愈合时间较短,温哥华瘢痕量表(VSS)评分较低(P<0.05);与治疗后7 d比较,治疗后14 d、治疗后21 d 2组创面愈合率上升,且观察组较高,数字疼痛评分(NRS)降低,且观察组较低(P<0.05);与治疗14 d后比较,治疗后21 d 2组创面愈合率上升,且观察组较高,NRS评分降低,且观察组较低(P<0.05)。结论 深度大面积烧伤患者采用负压治疗+表皮生长因子治疗后炎性反应、疼痛程度减轻,创面愈合速度加快。
Objective To analyze the effect of negative pressure therapy plus epidermal growth factor on the recovery of deep and extensive burn patients.Methods A total of 100 patients with deep and extensive burns admitted from January 2021 to January 2023 were recruited and randomly divided into the control group and observation group,with 50 patients in each group.Patients in the control group received epidermal growth factor+nursing intervention,while those in the observation group received negative pressure treatment+epidermal growth factor+nursing intervention.The inflammatory factors,matrix metalloproteinase(MMP)levels,wound healing,severity of pain,and Vancouver Scar Scale(VSS)score were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of intercellular adhesion molecule-1(ICAM-1),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),matrix metalloproteinase-2(MMP-2)and matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9)significantly decreased,and the levels of interleukin-10(IL-10)significantly increased in both groups,which were more pronounced in the observation group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group had significantly shorter healing time and lower VSS score(P<0.05).Compared with data on 7 days after treatment,significantly higher wound healing rate and lower Numerical Rating Scale(NRS)score on 14 and 21 days were detected in both groups,which were more pronounced in the observation group(P<0.05).Compared with data on 14 days after treatment,significantly higher wound healing rate and lower NRS score on 21 days were detected in both groups,which were more pronounced in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Negative pressure treatment plus epidermal growth factor treatment effectively reduces the inflammatory reaction and pain,and accelerates the wound healing speed in patients with deep and extensive burn.
