摘要
超声医学涵盖多门专业学科,实践性强、知识面广,短时间内难以全面掌握,传统教学方法难以激发学生的学习热情与兴趣。以案例为基础的教学法(case-based learning,CBL)通过典型案例引导学生进行讨论与思考,结合兼具系统与可视化功能的思维导图,将其应用于超声医学的教学中,对于激发学生学习热情、提升独立思考的能力、整合知识点、提高学习效率具有较大的帮助。在超声医学临床教学中,实施新教学方法的步骤包括:选取典型病例、绘制思维导图、鼓励学生参与思维导图的构建、设置案例进行情景模拟。为了适应新型教学方法,教师需要不断提升自己的专业素养和教学能力,加强与学生沟通互动,提升组织协调能力。学生需要多参加学术活动、阅读专业文献拓宽知识面,提升学习能力,课堂上主动思考,积极参加讨论与模拟。CBL教学法结合思维导图在超声医学教学中的应用能更充分地调动学生的主动性与积极性,整合知识点,厘清学习思路,培养良好的临床思维能力,进而提升学习效果。
Ultrasound medicine encompasses multiple disciplines,characterized by strong practical requirements and a broad knowledge base,making it challenging for students to master comprehensively within a short period.Traditional teaching methods often fail to spark students'enthusiasm and interest.Casebased learning(CBL),which uses typical cases to guide students in discussion and reflection,can be integrated with mind mapping that combines systematic and visual functions to enhance the teaching of ultrasound medicine.This approach significantly aids in stimulating students'enthusiasm,fostering independent thinking,consolidating knowledge points,and improving learning efficiency.In clinical ultrasound education,implementing this innovative teaching method involves several steps:selecting representative cases,creating mind maps,encouraging students to participate in the construction of these maps,and designing scenarios for casebased simulations.To effectively adopt this method,educators must continuously enhance their professional competence and teaching skills,improve communication and interaction with students,and strengthen organizational and coordination abilities.Meanwhile,students are encouraged to actively engage in academic activities,read professional literature to broaden their knowledge base,develop their learning capabilities,think proactively in class,and actively participate in discussions and simulations.The application of CBL teaching method combined with mind mapping in ultrasound medicine education maximizes student engagement and initiative,integrates knowledge points,clarifies learning pathways,and cultivates sound clinical thinking skills,ultimately improving learning outcomes.
