某航道重力式护岸结构经济性选型分析

摘要 素混凝土重力式护岸和钢筋混凝土扶壁式护岸均为内河限制性航道常用的直立式护岸结构,当两者用于直立式护岸结构比选时,除了平面布置、结构稳定分析和现场施工方案等方面,工程造价也是影响航道护岸结构设计方案选择的关键因素。为了选择更经济的航道直立式护岸,结合工程案例,分析自然条件、使用要求和施工条件等对工程造价的影响。结果表明:当现浇混凝土主要成分如水泥、碎石、砂来源丰富且价格较低时,选择素混凝土重力式护岸具有造价较低的优势;当护岸结构较高、混凝土用量大,钢筋价格较低时,可优先考虑选择钢筋混凝土扶壁式护岸结构。 Concrete gravity revetment and reinforced concrete buttress revetment are both commonly used vertical revetment structures in restricted inland waterways.When the two are used for vertical revetment structure comparison,in addition to the plane layout,structural stability analysis and site construction scheme,the project cost is also an important factor affecting the selection of waterway revetment structure design scheme.To select a more economical vertical revetment,this paper analyzes the influence of natural conditions,use requirements and construction conditions on project cost by combining with engineering cases.The results show that when the main components of cast-in-place concrete such as cement,gravel and sand are rich in sources and low in price,the selection of concrete gravity revetment has the advantage of low cost.When the revetment structure is high,the amount of concrete used is large,and the price of steel is low,the reinforced concrete buttress revetment structure can be given priority.
