摘要
以不同市售型号聚乙烯醇(PVA)、去离子水为主要原料,甘油为增塑剂,可溶性淀粉为增强剂,吐温80为乳化剂,制备均匀的PVA涂布液。通过涂布机将不同浓度的PVA涂布于普通A4打印纸表面,改变涂布层数,制得一系列PVA纸基复合材料。通过扫描电镜、压差法气体渗透仪和电脑抗张试验机对PVA纸基复合材料进行性能表征,对PVA阻氧纸基复合材料的制备工艺进行探究与优化。结果显示,当PVA浓度为9 wt%,涂布层数为4时,PVA纸基复合材料阻氧性能最佳,其氧气透过量低至4.916 cm3/(m2·24h·0.1MPa),抗张强度最高为60.7 N,可作为超高阻隔材料应用于食品、药品、电子元器件等软包装材料领域。
The present study focuses on the preparation of a uniform polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)coating solution using commercially available PVA and deionized water as primary raw materials,glycerin as a plasticizer,soluble starch as a reinforcing agent,and Tween 80 as an emulsifier.A series of polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)paper matrix composites were fabricated by applying varying concentrations of PVA onto the surface of standard A4 printing paper and adjusting the number of coating layers.The properties of the PVA paper matrix composite were characterized using scanning electron microscopy,a pressure difference gas permeation meter,and a computerized tensile testing machine.The analysis results revealed that the market model PVA-based paper matrix composite exhibited enhanced oxygen resistance.The preparation process of PVA paper-based composite was investigated and optimized.The results demonstrated that the optimal conditions for achieving superior oxygen resistance,with an oxygen permeability as low as 4.916 cm3/(m2·24h·0.1MPa),and exceptional tensile strength of 60.7 N,were obtained when utilizing a 9 wt%concentration of PVA and applying four coating layers.Consequently,this ultra-high barrier material exhibits great potential for application in flexible packaging materials such as food,medicine,and electronic components.
