With the progress of science and technology and the advancement of industry 4.0,the application of intelligent control systems in the fine chemical industry is becoming more and more widespread.This paper discusses in depth the impact of intelligent control systems in the production process on improving production efficiency,reducing production costs,enhancing production safety and environmental protection,as well as on the long-term development of the industry.It is believed that the application of intelligent control system in the field of process optimization and intelligent control has a broad prospect,but the difficulty of data collection,analysis and control of intelligent control system in complex modules and the cultivation of professional and technical personnel still need to be further researched and explored.Thus,we can solve the problem of intelligent control in practical applications and promote the industry to develop in the direction of smarter and greener.
