摘要
如今,电磁屏蔽材料的研发更加注重轻薄、柔性及灵活性。纸基电磁屏蔽材料相较于金属屏蔽材料有着更好的发展前景。基于此,介绍了纸基电磁屏蔽材料的基本结构、屏蔽机理以及电磁屏蔽效能影响因素,简述了纸基电磁屏蔽材料的研究现状。为进一步探究纸基电磁屏蔽材料的制备工艺与电磁屏蔽效能特性,设计与制备了一种结构合理、屏蔽效能优良的纸基电磁屏蔽材料,并改变屏蔽组分用量和胶黏剂用量,对材料的电磁屏蔽效能变化进行分析,为今后开发出高效柔性纸基电磁屏蔽材料提供思路。
Nowadays,the research and development of electromagnetic shielding materials pays more attention to thinness,flexibility and flexibility,paper-based electromagnetic shielding materials have better development prospects than metal shielding materials.Based on this,the basic structure,shielding mechanism and influencing factors of shielding efficiency of paper-based electromagnetic shielding materials are introduced.A paper based electromagnetic shielding material with reasonable structure and good shielding efficiency was designed and prepared in order to further explore the preparation technology and shielding efficiency of paper based electromagnetic shielding material.By changing the amount of shielding components and adhesive,the electromagnetic shielding efficiency of the material was analyzed,which provided ideas for developing high-efficiency flexible paper-based electromagnetic shielding materials in the future.
