变压器内部绝缘纸基材料综合性能研究

摘要 绝缘纸是变压器内部的重要绝缘材料,可以直接影响变压器的可靠性和使用寿命。为解决传统绝缘纸随使用时间推移而出现的老化、质量下降、性能下降等问题,制备了一种改性复合绝缘纸基材料,对该绝缘纸的综合性能进行了试验分析。结果表明:当改性材料掺加量为4%时,该绝缘纸的纵向拉伸强度为213.8MPa,击穿场强度为125.0Kv/mm,初始分解温度超过550℃,可以在满足变压器基本力学性能、电性能的同时,帮助电压器获得较长的使用寿命。 Insulating paper is an important insulating material inside the transformer,which can directly affect the reliability and service life of the transformer.In order to solve the problems of aging,quality decline and performance decline of traditional insulating paper with the passage of time,a modified composite insulating paper base material was prepared and its comprehensive performance was analyzed.The results show that when the content of modified material is 4%,the longitudinal tensile strength of the insulating paper is 213.8MPa,the breakdown field strength is 125.0Kv/mm,and the initial decomposition temperature exceeds 550℃,which can satisfy the basic mechanical and electrical properties of the transformer and help the voltage regulator obtain a long service life.
