景观设计场景中纸浆模塑板的制作工艺技术及应用思路研究

纸浆模塑板材制作工艺是一种“以纸代木”的新工艺,主要以废纸和废纸板为原材料,经过制浆、配浆、成浆、成型、干燥等工序,生产出表面具有天然木材外观与触感的模塑制件。纸浆模塑制品完全符合现代景观设计中节能环保、循环利用的要求,具有很高的应用价值。基于此,介绍了纸浆模塑板材的性能特征,简述了纸浆模塑板材的发展现状,研究分析了纸浆模塑板的制作工艺技术,并探讨了纸浆模塑板材在现代园林景观设计场景中的应用思路,以期促进纸浆模塑板在更多领域的应用与发展。

Pulp molding board production process is a new process of"replacing wood with paper",mainly using waste paper and waste paper board as raw materials,through pulping,sizing,molding,drying and other processes,to produce the surface with the appearance and touch of natural wood molding parts.Pulp molding products fully meet the requirements of energy saving,environmental protection and recycling in modern landscape design,and have high application value.Based on this,the paper introduces the performance characteristics of the pulp moulded board,briefly describes the development status of the pulp moulded board,studies and analyzes the production technology of the pulp moulded board,and discusses the application ideas of the pulp moulded board in the modern landscape design scene,in order to promote the application and development of the pulp moulded board in more fields.
