全民阅读政策视野下图书馆员阅读服务能力模型研究

Research on the Reading Service Competency Model of Librarians from the Perspective of the National Reading Policy

全民阅读对图书馆阅读服务提出更高要求,图书馆员作为阅读服务的提供者,服务能力需要体系化建设。文章使用扎根理论方法分析中央及省级政府颁布的24部全民阅读工作政策,提炼出对图书馆员阅读服务的要求,并使用逻辑推演方法,构建图书馆员阅读服务体系。以杜定友先生对图书馆事业“书、人、法”的理论体系为基础,结合政策文本分析结构,构建了“读物、读者、方法”的“三位一体”图书馆员阅读服务能力模型,并论述了模型具体内涵。

Public reading places higher demands on library reading services.As providers of these services,librarians need systematic development of their service capabilities.This paper grounded theory was used to analyze 24 national and provincial policies on universal reading issued by central and provincial governments.Requirements for librarian reading services were extracted,and a logical deduction method was employed to construct a librarians’reading service system.Based on Du Dingyou's theoretical framework of books,people and laws in library science,combined with structural analysis of policy texts,we develop a librarian reading service capability model,which is a trinity of materials,readers,methods.And we further explain the details and the specific implications of the model.
