Research progress of telemedicine in home respiratory rehabilitation of lung transplant patients

远程医疗是医疗卫生人员利用通信设施及智能化电子设备为患者进行远程疾病监测和康复指导。文章对远程医疗在肺移植患者居家呼吸康复中的主要应用形式、应用效果、应用局限及挑战等进行了综述,以期为我国进一步开展肺移植患者居家呼吸康复服务提供参考。

Telemedicine is a medical service mode in which medical and health personnel use communication facilities and intelligent electronic equipment to provide remote disease monitoring and rehabilitation guidance for patients.This paper reviewed the main application forms,effects,limitations and challenges of telemedicine in home respiratory rehabilitation of lung transplant patients,in order to provide references for its further application in China.
