房屋建筑能耗预测及节能管理系统的设计与应用

摘要 以江苏省某大型商业综合体工程为例,分析项目能耗方面存在的问题,并针对性制定节能策略。结合节能策略设计并应用基于大数据分析的房屋建筑能耗预测与节能管理系统,经过6个月的监测发现,该系统满足设计需求,可以有效提升项目的能耗预测与节能管理水平。 Taking a large commercial complex project in Jiangsu Province as an example, the existing problems in energy consumption of the project are analyzed,and energy-saving strategies are formulated accordingly. A building energy consumption prediction and energy saving management system based on big data analysis was designed and applied in combination with energy saving strategies. After 6 months of monitoring,it was found that the system met the design requirements and could effectively improve the energy consumption prediction and energy saving management level of the project.
