汽车用5182铝合金表面酸洗/TiZr钝化处理工艺分析

摘要 采用NH_(4)HF_(2)作为酸洗剂,H_(2)TiF_(6)/H_(2)ZrF_(6)作为钝化剂,通过正交试验及基材表面Ti、Zr元素含量测试,对5182铝合金表面酸洗/TiZr钝化处理工艺进行了分析。结果表明,最佳酸洗钝化工艺参数:酸洗F-浓度为400ppm,钝化处理溶液pH为4.1,处理时间为4.2 s,电导率为2300μs/cm;Ti、Zr元素含量分别为5.48 mg/m^(2)、4.79 mg/m^(2)。 In this paper,NH_(4)HF_(2)is used as pickling agent and H_(2)TiF_(6)/H_(2)ZrF_(6)as passivation agent,the pickling/TiZr passivation treatment process of 5182 aluminum alloy surface is analyzed through orthogonal test and the content of Ti and Zr elements on the substrate surface.The results show that the optimum parameters of pickling passivation process are as follows:pickling F-concentration is 400ppm,passivation solution pH is 4.1,treatment time is 4.2 s,conductivity is 2300μs/cm;the contents of Ti and Zr are 5.48 mg/m^(2)and 4.79 mg/m^(2),respectively.
