摘要
针对铝冷轧工艺过程产生大量烟气污染环境的问题,文章结合铝冷轧工艺现场,建立了用于铝轧油雾捕集的环吸罩和条缝罩物理模型。通过计算流体力学方法建立了两种排风罩流场的数值计算模型,对比了两种排风罩罩口处附近特征风速和污染物捕集效果,并通过实际物理模型实验,给出了两种形式排风罩捕集污染物的可视化结果。结果表明,环吸式排风罩对污染物的捕集性能优于条缝式排风罩的捕集效果。
In order to solve the problem of environmental pollution caused by a large amount of flue gas in cold rolling process,the physical models of annular suction hood and slit hood for oil mist trapping in aluminum rolling process are established.The numerical calculation model of the flow field of two kinds of exhaust hoods is established by means of computational fluid dynamics method,and the characteristic wind speed near the mouth of the two kinds of exhaust hoods and the trapping effect of pollutants are compared.The results show that the trap performance of annular suction hood is better than that of slit hood.
