摘要
为了涵化高校图书馆的劳动教育,发挥其育人职能,本文在探索“三全育人”理念运用于高校图书馆育人实践的理论可行性基础上,构建出包含准入机制、育人岗位类型、工作标准与从业规范、育人岗位职责、工作纪律与工作考核、育人激励机制六个方面的劳动教育育人体系。选取样本数据对育人体系的可行性和育人成效进行实践验证,通过对构建的4个育人目标的达成度分析得知,育人目标达成度均大于0.7,一定程度上体现出本文构建的劳动教育育人体系具有可行性,初显育人成效。育人体系、育人实践探索为同类院校图书馆的劳动教育育人工作创新提供借鉴。
In order to accommodate the labor education of university library and give full play to its education function,this paper explores the theoretical feasibility of applying the concept of“three-dimensional education”to the education practice of university library.It has constructed a labor education system including access mechanism,education post types,work standards and practice norms,education post responsibilities,work discipline and work assessment,education incentive mechanism.Sample data are selected to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the education system in practice.Through the analysis of the achievement degree of the four education goals constructed,it is found that the achievement degree of the education goals is greater than 0.7,indicating to a certain extent the feasibility and initial effectiveness of the constructed labor education system.This research on the construction and practice of the education system provides valuable insights and references for the innovation of labor education in libraries of similar institutions.
