摘要
大数据环境下,主动开展个性化、精准化的信息服务,是当前高校图书馆工作的内在要求。文章首先介绍了大数据背景下图书馆个性化服务的特征,探讨了大数据背景下个性化服务模式和资源建设的研究现状以及基于此两者的个性化服务体系建设,最后从实施大数据发展战略、构建智慧化服务系统、完善个性化知识服务体系和加强大数据信息服务团队建设四个方面提出了个性化信息服务的实现路径,以更好地满足用户的个性化信息服务需求。
In the context of big data,it is the internal requirement of the current university libraries to actively carry out personalized and precise information services.This paper first introduces the characteristics of library personalized service under the background of big data,and discusses the research status of personalized service mode and resource construction under the background of big data,as well as the construction of personalized service system based on these two aspects.Finally,the paper proposes the implementation paths of personalized information service from four aspects including implementing the big data development strategies,constructing the intelligent service system,establishing the personalized knowledge service system,and strengthening the construction of big data information service teams,so as to better meet the personalized information service needs of users.
