摘要
本文旨在针对产品的冲击响应谱试验以及抗冲击强度设计分析需求,基于水平气动式冲击试验台开展有限元建模、冲击动力学仿真分析,提取结构的时域响应,再结合自主设计的冲击响应谱计算程序得到其响应谱,完成冲击响应谱虚拟试验系统搭建。研究分析不同模型参数对虚拟试验响应谱的影响,此方法能够合理有效的模拟水平式冲击试验台的试验过程,预示系统冲击响应。
This paper aims to meet the requirements of shock response spectrum test and impact strength design and analysis of the product,carry out finite element modeling and impact dynamics simulation analysis based on the horizontal pneumatic impact test bench,extract the time-domain response of the structure,and then obtain its response spectrum by combining the self-designed impact response spectrum calculation program to complete the virtual test system of impact response spectrum.The effect of different model parameters on the virtual test response spectrum is studied and analyzed.The method can simulate the test process of horizontal impact test bench reasonably and effectively,and predict the system shock response.
