摘要
基于微波开关现阶段测试技术,提出利用矢量网络分析仪、驱动箱、直流稳压电源、示波器、信号源、开关矩阵,等仪器设备的互联再引入AI和大数据算法,有助于微波开关的测试技术发展。本文研究了从节约成本,高效工作,以及如何提升测试精度的方法。最终形成系统自动测试,自动数据判读及数据对比的一体化自动测试系统。
Based on the current testing technology for microwave switches,this paper proposes utilizing interconnected instruments such as vector network analyzers,driver boxes,DC power supplies,oscilloscopes,signal sources,and switch matrices,combined with the introduction of AI and big data algorithms,to contribute to the advancement of microwave switch testing technology.The study explores methods for cost savings,efficient operation,and improving test accuracy.Ultimately,it aims to form an integrated automatic testing system capable of system automatic testing,automatic data interpretation,and data comparison.
