基于开口式霍尔传感器的高精度直流计量技术研究与实现

摘要 目前,通信基站内多运营商共享一套直流开关电源,该场合下存在对各运营商直流用电量进行精准计量的需求。文中研究了霍尔传感器应用于直流计量时存在的问题。设计了一种降秩平方根卡尔曼滤波算法高效地解决霍尔传感器存在的零点漂移问题。引入非线性拟合算法有效地解决霍尔传感器存在的温度漂移问题。设计的这款基于开口式霍尔传感器的多回路直流计量设备,创新地将霍尔传感器与计量电路集成,能够实现16路用户直流电能的动态计量以及电压电流的实时监测,并且创新性地设计了限位结构充分解决霍尔传感器的偏心问题。试验结果表明,该直流计量设备能够达到1.0级的精度标准。 Currently,a set of DC switching power supply is shared by multiple operators in a communication base station,and there is a demand for accurate metering of DC power consumption of each operator in this scenario.This paper studies the problems of Hall sensors in DC metering applications.A reduced-rank square root Kalman filter algorithm is designed to efficiently solve the zero-drift problem existing in Hall sensors.A nonlinear fitting algorithm is introduced to efficiently solve the temperature drift problem existing in Hall sensors.An innovative multi-circuit DC metering device based on an open end Hall sensor is designed,which integrates Hall sensors with metering circuits.It can achieve dynamic measurement of 16-user DC electrical energy and real-time monitoring of voltage and current.And the eccentricity problem of Hall sensors is solved through innovative structural design of limit structures.The experimental results show that the accuracy of the DC metering device can reach the accuracy standard of 1.0 level.
