现代产业学院是推动职业教育办学模式改革的主流组织形式,行业产教融合共同体作为产教融合新型组织形态,为现代产业学院建设奠定了基础范式。基于行业产教融合共同体建设现代产业学院,产业性是关键,育人性是根本,共生性是实质,其建设路径是:明确学院办学定位,树立服务地方产业发展的育人目标;搭建“产学研用”服务平台,促进人才链、创新链与产业链紧密衔接;以实践能力培养为导向,推动教学资源优化配置;校企共建综合性实习实训基地,完善技术技能人才培养体系。

Modern industrial colleges are the mainstream organizational form for promoting the reform of vocational education models.The production-education integration community of industry,as a new organizational form of production-education integration,has laid the foundation paradigm for the construction of modern industrial colleges.Building a modern industrial college based on the integration of production and education,industrialization is the key,nurturing humanity is fundamental,and symbiosis is the essence.The construction path is to clarify the positioning of the college to establish educational goals that serve the development of local industries,build a“production-study-research-application”service platform to promote the close connection between the talent chain,innovation chain,and industrial chain,take the cultivation of practical abilities as a guidance to promote the optimization of teaching resource allocation,and jointly establish a comprehensive internship and training base between schools and enterprises to improve the training system for technical and skilled talents.
