离子选择电极法和离子色谱法测定空气中氟化氢的方法学比较

摘要 采用GBZ/T 160.36—2004《工作场所空气有毒物质测定氟化物》的要求采样,并分别用离子选择电极法和离子色谱法进行实际样品方法学分析,建立通过水质常用色谱柱AS19测定空气中氟化氢的色谱条件。结果表明:离子选择电极法在0.0~2.0μg/mL范围内线性良好,r=0.9995,精密度在0.49%~1.47%,加标回收率在94.9%~103.3%;而离子色谱法在AS19为色谱柱、淋洗液浓度为35 mmol/L、流速为1.0 mL/min时能得到较好的结果,0.0~3.0μg/mL范围内线性良好,r=0.9998,精密度在0.35%~1.28%,加标回收率在95.6%~103.2%。两种方法回收率比较无统计学意义(t=0.52,P=0.31),P>0.05。两种方法均可用于空气中氟化氢的测定,相比之下,离子色谱法具有仪器操作与样品采样及处理简便、选择性好、效率高的特点,更适合于空气中氟化氢的大批量测定。 The Methods for Determination of Fluorides in the Air of Workplace(GBZ/T 160.36-2004)was used to sample the toxic substance fluoride in the workplace and two methods of ion selective electrode method and ion chromatography method were used to analyze the actual samples,to establish the chromatographic conditions for the determination of hydrogen fluoride in air by water quality column AS19.The results show:in the range of 0.0-2.0μg/mL,the linearity of ion-selective electrode method was good,R=0.9995,the precision was 0.49%-1.47%,the recovery rate was 94.9%-103.3%,when the concentration of eluent was 35 mmol/L and the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,the linearity was good in the range of 0.0-3.0μg/mL,r=0.9998,the precision was 0.35%-1.28%,the recoveries were 95.6%-103.2%.There was no significant difference between the two methods(t=0.52,P=0.31),P>0.05.Both of the two methods can be used for the determination of hydrogen fluoride in air.In contrast,ion chromatography has the characteristics of simple operation,good selectivity and high efficiency,more suitable for the determination of hydrogen fluoride in air in large quantities.
