中国式现代化视域下基础教育综合改革的时代特征、现实挑战与未来路向

The Characteristics of the Times,Realistic Challenges and Future Directions of the Comprehensive Reform of Basic Education from the Perspective of Chinese-style Modernization

摘要 基础教育综合改革是全面深化改革、推进中国式现代化的关键环节。在党的二十届三中全会精神指引下,基础教育综合改革在中国式现代化的战略布局中凸显出系统性与整体性、质量导向与内涵发展、均衡性与公平性、数智性与开放性、创新性与自主性的时代特征。随着中国式现代化的加速推进和社会对教育需求的多元化演变,基础教育综合改革面临着一系列现实挑战,主要包括教育资源配置的均衡、教育评价机制的创新、教师队伍建设的优化、教育管理体系的完善以及数智化与教育的深度融合。面向未来,中国式现代化视域下的基础教育综合改革应坚定不移地以立德树人为根本任务,优化教育资源配置,革新教育评价体系,强化师资队伍建设,构建科学高效的现代治理体系,不断完善数智教育支撑体系,为培养具备社会责任感、卓越创新精神与实践能力的高素质人才奠定坚实的基础。 The comprehensive reform of basic education is the key link to comprehensively deepen reform and promote Chinese modernization.Under the guidance of the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,the comprehensive reform of basic education highlights the characteristics of the times of systematicness and integrity,quality orientation and connotation development,balance and fairness,mathematical intelligence and openness,innovation and autonomy in the strategic layout of Chinese-style modernization.With the acceleration of Chinese-style modernization and the diversified evolution of social demand for education,the comprehensive reform of basic education is facing a series of practical challenges,including the balance of educational resource allocation,the innovation of educational evaluation mechanism,the optimization of teacher team construction,the improvement of educational management system and the deep integration of digital intelligence and education.Facing the future,the comprehensive reform of basic education from the perspective of Chinese modernization should unswervingly take moral education as the fundamental task,optimize the allocation of educational resources,reform the educational evaluation system,strengthen the construction of teaching staff,build a scientific and efficient modern governance system,and constantly improve the support system of mathematical education,so as to lay a solid foundation for cultivating high-quality talents with strong social responsibility,excellent innovation spirit and practical ability.
