摘要
通过分析加气混凝土制品的节能技术发展、标准体系应用、原材料构成和生产成型工艺,分别研究了不同加气混凝土砌块和墙板产品类型、节能保温应用、防火设计应用要求,对比了不同构造类型方式的复合自保温砌块和自保温墙板在建筑外墙节能应用的优势和防火设计特点,并对工程常用的装配式建筑外墙进行了综合性能分析。提出了因地制宜综合利用固废材料改善加气混凝土性能、适时修订完善现有标准技术体系方便工程应用、研发提升现有养护成型工艺降低产品成本等发展建议和应用对策。
Through the analysis of the development of energy-saving technology,the application of standard system,the composition of raw materials and the production and molding process of aerated concrete material products,the comprehensive performance analysis of the prefabricated building exterior wall commonly used in engineering is carried out.The development suggestions and application countermeasures such as comprehensively utilizing solid waste materials to improve the performance of aerated concrete,revising and improving the existing standard technology system in a timely manner to facilitate engineering application,and developing and improving the existing curing and molding process to reduce product costs are proposed.
