摘要
针对煤炭智能化开采方面存在的自动化生产效率不高、装备工艺相对落后、人员安全保障手段不足、科技创新成果转化效率不高等问题,以国能神东煤炭集团有限责任公司石圪台煤矿为例,将智能化开采作为核心,推进煤矿产业转型升级。项目整合了矿压分析预警、采煤机自主割煤等新工艺技术,升级装备如智能搬运机器人,并引入AI技术如步态识别提高安全性。以石圪台煤矿31309工作面为试点,建成灾害智能管控系统,全面提升了生产效率和安全保障水平,并创造了良好的经济效益、安全效益和社会效益,为智能采煤工作面提供良好的思路和技术支持。
In response to the problems of low automation production efficiency,relatively backward equipment technology,insufficient personnel safety guarantee measures,and low efficiency in the transformation of scientific and technological innovation achievements in the field of intelligent coal mining,taking the Shigetai Coal Mine of China Energy Shendong Coal Group Co.,Ltd.as an example,intelligent mining is taken as the core to promote the transformation and upgrading of the coal mining industry.The project integrates new process technologies such as mine pressure analysis and early warning,autonomous coal cutting of coal shearer,upgrades equipment such as intelligent handling robots,and introduces AI technology such as gait recognition to improve safety.Taking the 31309 working face of Shigetai Coal Mine as a pilot,a disaster intelligent control system has been established,which comprehensively improves production efficiency and safety assurance level,and achieves good economic,safety and social benefits,provides good ideas and technical support for intelligent coal mining faces.
